During the week-end surrounding the 70.3 race in Aix-en-Provence last September, I was grateful to meet and hang out with the great Lars of Team Carbon Bikes. We quickly developed a great friendship and agreed on a partnership for the following season.

Coming Clean About Being Dirty…
So finally here we are, the dirtiest leader of a dirty sport has now -sort of- come clean – with lots more to come in the future months / years no doubt. The story was almost perfect as LA said, but indeed it was a story. Quite unbelievable how one can be living a lie […]
DJ Zyron
Just stumbled across Sweden’s DJ Zyron thanks to my mate Chris Morris and this feels like discovering a soul brother you never knew existed. His mixes show impeccable tastes across genres but most importantly are masterfully put together, with – yep – feeling, giving the listener “a musical journey without boundaries” as the man rightly […]
Winter Warmer
Nice surprise to be the poster boy for XTERRA Guam 2013 ! I so so wish I could include another trip over these shores in 2013. Last year’s was unforgettable…Unfortunately at the moment I am the sorry owner of an inflamed achilles, a strained calf, a sprained ankle and a fractured rib…And I just signed […]
How we got down in 2012…
Another year, another thousand of hours spent digging, sorting out, meditating, tripping, shuffling, cycling, running and most importantly dancing to music, lots of, more and more so. First Person View Of Urban Downhill Mountain Biking
An idea for a new xterra course perhaps? Hold your breath!
5 tunes that kept me alive in 2012
I mean these are the songs I went back to time and time again this year whenever I needed some solace from whatever life threw at me. It wasn’t a bad year by any means, but there were certainly some rough patches that required medicine…music that is, with a capital M.
who’s the wildest?
Last week-end I was faced with the choice between flying out to Thailand for 70.3 Phuket or…drive down to Surrey for the Wildman duathlon. Guess what I chose…
Now I’m a VET…and still running…
…the path is infinite! It was admittedly a bit of a shock to see my name followed by V35 in the category section. Really? Am I already a VETERAN? Didn’t see that one coming at all!, but heh there is still some life in the old dog. At least the winner was also a […]
Knees and Elbows Deep in Deadly Mud Bog
First tentative ride of the autumn in Epping forest and it didn’t disappoint. The trails are customary muddy, not a surprise, but the fallen leaves covering the tracks allow for some nice little surprises…like this deadly bog I dove in head first. Invisible until I got right on it, front wheel got stuck right in […]
